pARTy ‘Til the Cows Come Home is a juried exhibition celebrating and complementing the Great Cow Harbor Day Weekend annually held in our historic downtown Northport, NY. Works featuring cows, and other farm life, as well as those honoring the Cow Harbor Race and festival will be considered. All original media is acceptable, such as drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, collage, fabric work, glasswork, jewelry and digital media. Entries must be original artworks (no artwork created in a workshop or class under instruction of a teacher), no reproductions (with the exception of photography). Maximum size of pieces (including framing) is 30” x 40”. Each artist may submit one entry for consideration for $35. Artists can submit up to three additional pieces for $5 fee each. Up to two pieces of artwork from each selected artist will be chosen to be part of the exhibition. Please indicate whether the work is framed or unframed.
The exhibition will hang September 4 – 25, 2022. Artists from throughout the USA are invited to apply. The Firefly Artists takes no responsibility for shipping, and strongly prefers hand delivery and pickup of works. If you do choose to ship, a prepaid return shipping label must be included.
